With over 12 years experience as a custom home builder and 17 years as a Registered Professional Civil Engineer in the State of Texas, Justin Brown has the experience and knowledge to help with difficult building conditions that may require special lot grading, drainage design, retaining walls, or septic system design.   When conditions are encountered that require the design knowledge of a Professional Engineer, most builders have to rely on Engineer Consultants which cost the client more money and time.  Justin is able to use his 17 years experience as a Professional Civil Engineer to serve his clients during the home building process.  In fact, Justin has been hired by other Wise County builders to consult on challenging lot conditions and septic system designs.
